Now What!

That was the question we asked in our latest press release. It was directly toward CPA’s as they can no longer send financial information over email. So Now What?  Well we have a new product that just fits the bill nicely. OakPortals.com is a safe, secure, simple, easy to use and very affordable software product for just this purpose.

A conversation with client CPAmerica led us to the Gramm-Bliley Act. Since Congress passed the Gramm- Leach-Bliley Act , CPA’s, along with many other groups — medical, schools, law enforcement and more — can no longer deliver relevant information via email to their clients.

Basically it is a way to transfer documents safely and easily without using email. A solution for organizations and businesses that will reduce their process time and postage costs while increasing security. No more email or fax transfers of documents

So for me a more business focused blog this week , a drift away from my normal “people stuff” writing.  As I think about that last statement, it has me realize that this will make most of our lives much easier so again, it always seems to come back to people involvement.
